| Where We Are! Brownwood Shady Oaks is located just minutes away from the Earl Q Wilson rodeo arena, the Brownwood Regional Medical Center and the industrial area of Brownwood. We are just a few more minutes away from shopping and fantastic, award winning restaurants! Come see us and we can point you in the right direction! Who We Are! Our park is owned by David and Carol Bullion and they are committed to helping you make your stay in Brownwood a great experience! David is the owner, and also works at Superior Cable, and in addition to that, he farms at the home he shares with Carol. Carol is the BOSS, and can usually be found meeting Brides or baking for a wedding cake business that keeps her busy after hours. Heather works in our office during the week and when you call, chances are, your talking to her. Not only does she work in our office, she also has her own portrait and wedding photography business.
